You will oversee system configuration, customizations, workflows, integrations, and release management, ensuring all changes are aligned with business objectives and follow established governance and change management processes. You will also be accountable for maintaining compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements, enforcing data governance standards to preserve the integrity and quality of enterprise data, and ensuring seamless integration between NetSuite and other business-critical systems. Working closely with IT, Security, Finance, and business teams, you will drive continuous improvement, optimize enterprise processes, and ensure the application ecosystem remains secure, reliable, and scalable to support the organization's long-term growth. Responsibilities * Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions that improve business processes across the enterprise applications landscape. * Design, configure, and maintain NetSuite workflows, customizations, forms, saved searches, dashboards, roles, and other platform capabilities to meet evolving business needs. * Design, implement, and support integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise platforms, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient data exchange. * Ensure enterprise applications comply with organizational security standards, regulatory requirements, audit controls, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies. * Maintain and evolve the enterprise application architecture by evaluating current capabilities, identifying opportunities for standardization and modernization, reducing technical debt, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, well-integrated, and aligned with the organization's technology strategy. * Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams to evaluate new solutions, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and optimize the overall enterprise application ecosystem. * Develop and maintain system documentation, configuration standards, support procedures, and knowledge articles while providing guidance and training to business users and support teams.
