## Description

These roles will involve working on discovery, integrations, and incident management within the ServiceNow platform. The developers will be matrixed into the client's project and will report to the Senior Manager of IT Service Management. There is an effort to enhance the end-to-end certificate management process, which includes discovery, integrations, and incident-related tasks.

Contribute to the enhancement of the certificate management process, focusing on discovery and integrations.

Handle inbound integrations into ServiceNow, including setting up staging tables, transforms, and Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules.1

Assist with incident-related tasks within the certificate management scope.
