 * 10+ years experience with software development on DoW/IC programs

 * 5+ years experience with OPIR missions on DoW/IC programs

 * TS/SCI eligibility

 * Experience with Python and C/C++

 * Experience with embedded software development

 * Preferred Qualifications

 * MA/MS in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering

 * Experience with Rust

 * Experience with FPGA architectures

 * Experience with AI/ML/agent workflows

 * Experience with detection & tracking algorithms

## Description

* Define technical strategy for execution of large software programs (technical blueprints, design, interfaces, capability needs)

 * Communicate to senior management & customers to align software strategy with internal roadmaps and customer needs

 * Mentor engineering & development teams, perform design & code reviews

 * Closely collaborate with hardware development teams to develop test procedures, deploy software, & evaluate embedded performance

 * Evaluate & select tools, programming languages, frameworks

 * Manage technical & programmatic risk - prototype designs, develop mitigation strategies, communicate risks

 * Assure software meets standards & requirements for quality, reliability, performance, security, & usability
