## Description

PCA is seeking an experienced Technical Applications Support Analyst to support business-critical applications used throughout our manufacturing operations. This role requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, the ability to work directly with end users, and strong SQL knowledge for researching and resolving application-related issues., * Provide support for enterprise business applications used across multiple manufacturing facilities.

 * Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application, process, and data-related issues.
 * Work directly with users to identify root causes and implement solutions.
 * Utilize SQL to research transactions, validate data, and support business operations.
 * Test software enhancements, application updates, and new functionality.
 * Create and maintain support documentation.
 * Support applications including Customer Maintenance, Estimating, Pricing, Order Processing, Scheduling, Shipping, Invoicing, Inventory, Security, Payroll, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Manufacturing Systems.
