Experience Requirements * Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD for product design and drafting. * Experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents. * Knowledge of CNC programming, AlphaCAM, and manufacturing processes preferred. * Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and project management skills. * Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment. Physical Capabilities * Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments. * Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a production facility as needed. * Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds. * Willingness to travel occasionally to manufacturing facilities, suppliers, and testing locations. ## Description * Design, develop, test, and launch new commercial and architectural HVAC products. * Support the full product development lifecycle, including concept creation, prototyping, testing, manufacturing implementation, and product launch. * Create and modify 3D models, engineering drawings, CAD layouts, and nesting programs. * Develop CNC laser cutting programs and CNC router programs using AlphaCAM. * Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Quality teams to improve product performance, manufacturability, cost efficiency, and quality. * Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. * Assist with product testing, validation, and engineering documentation. * Source and evaluate new components and materials alongside the Purchasing team
