## About the Role

Minimum Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 6 years' experience in Application software programming, * 2+ years of experience in Salesforce, DevOps, software engineering, or related technology disciplines.

 * Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management processes.
 * Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines.
 * Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and DevOps best practices.
 * Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
 * Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
 * Experience with Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT.
 * Familiarity with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
 * Experience in financial services or banking environments.
 * Salesforce certifications preferred: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Platform App Builder.
 * Salesforce certification nice to have: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect

## Description

We are seeking a Salesforce DevOps Engineer II to support the delivery, deployment, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform. This role is responsible for managing CI/CD processes, release management, environment strategy, and deployment automation to ensure reliable and secure delivery of Salesforce solutions across multiple environments., * Design, build, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

 * Manage Salesforce releases, environment promotion, source control, and deployment activities across multiple environments.
 * Support Salesforce deployments using tools such as Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, or similar solutions.
 * Administer Git repositories, including branching strategies, repository governance, access controls, and source control best practices.
 * Ensure development teams adhere to established source control, release management, and deployment standards.
 * Manage release governance and compliance processes to ensure adherence to organizational, regulatory, and change management requirements.
 * Collaborate with developers, administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality solutions.
 * Troubleshoot deployment and environment issues and support production releases.
 * Develop and maintain deployment documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
 * Drive continuous improvement through automation, DevOps best practices, and release process optimization.
