## About the Role

* AA Degree in Business, health care administration, clinical discipline, or related field required; may substitute work experience for degree.
 * Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills required.
 * Prior experience in analysis, optimizing, and process improvement of clinical or healthcare-related systems or workflows preferred.
 * Prior experience in creation of system documents, including but not limited to workflow documentation and standard operating procedures preferred.
 * Prior experience in system testing and remediation preferred.
 * Successful completion of aptitude test required.

## Description

This position is responsible for in-depth knowledge of assigned Epic ambulatory clinical systems. The ambulatory application analyst reviews the software, demonstrates a deep understanding of business operations, conducts regular day-to-day communication, and collaborates with multiple teams, including vendor, project team(s), Business Representatives/Subject Matter Experts, and end users. This position will routinely perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with the use of Epic software; is responsible for developing and documenting the internal procedures related to the design, build, test, install and maintenance of Epic applications.
