 * Sie kennen moderne Identity-Lösungen im Umfeld von Microsoft Entra ID und Microsoft 365
 * Sie denken analytisch, arbeiten strukturiert und fühlen sich im 2nd Level Support sowie in technischen Architekturthemen sicher
 * Sie überzeugen durch eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis

## Description

* Sie betreiben und entwickeln zentrale Microsoft-Infrastrukturdienste wie Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NPS und PKI weiter
 * Sie konzipieren und implementieren Sicherheits- und Härtungskonzepte für Active-Directory-Umgebungen (z. B. Tiering-Modelle, Least-Privilege-Prinzip)
 * Sie analysieren und beheben komplexe Störungen im 2nd Level und entwickeln nachhaltige Lösungen zur Ursachenvermeidung
 * Sie gestalten und optimieren Identity- und Access-Management-Prozesse im Umfeld von Microsoft 365 und Entra ID
 * Sie arbeiten aktiv an Architekturkonzepten im Zusammenspiel von On-Prem-, Hybrid- und Cloud-Systemen
 * Sie koordinieren externe Dienstleister und stellen die Einhaltung technischer Qualitätsstandards sicher
