* Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei allen komplexen administrativen und operativen Aufgaben im Rahmen von Großprojekten
 * Bearbeitung projektspezifischer Sonderaufgaben
 * Planung, Koordination und Überwachung der Termine
 * Eigenständige Termin- und Ressourcenkoordination für ausgewählte Stakeholder
 * Fachliche Zuarbeit und strukturierte Begleitung teamübergreifender Aufgaben
 * Operative Planung sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetingformaten
