## About the Role

* 15+ years of Project Management experience leading large enterprise technology implementations.
 * Proven experience serving as the Project Manager for Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects .
 * Strong experience delivering large, multi-million-dollar transformation programs .
 * Previous experience managing Public Sector engagements is required.
 * Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Project Manager to lead a large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud implementation for a public sector client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud transformation programs and a proven track record of delivering enterprise implementations on time, within budget, and with high stakeholder satisfaction. This role requires exceptional leadership, executive-level communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams across business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities

 * Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects for enterprise clients.
 * Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and resource planning.
 * Drive project governance, executive reporting, and steering committee meetings.
 * Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
 * Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
 * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
 * Manage project financials, including forecasting, budget tracking, invoicing, and billing activities.
 * Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
 * Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and organizational governance.
