## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in Informatik, Automatisierungstechnik, Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbar

 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im MES-Umfeld oder in produktionsnaher IT / OT-Integration

 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in:
 + in der Shopfloor-Integration und der Anbindung von Produktionsanlagen (z. B. OPC UA, REST, MQTT)
 + in der Optimierung von komplexen SQL-Abfragen (z.B. MS SQL Server)
 + idealerweise SAP MII / SAP Digital Manufacturing oder vergleichbare MES-Systeme

 * Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse, idealerweise in der Prozessindustrie; Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelbranche ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

 * Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude an der direkten Arbeit mit Systemen, Maschinen und Daten

 * Smart Factory, Automatisierungstechnik und Shopfloor sind für dich keine Fremdwörter

 * Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Lösungsorientierung

 * Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch

## Description

Als Senior SAP MES Integration Engineer Process Industry bist du eine zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion, Prozessen, Maschinen und IT. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere digitale Produktionslandschaft stabil läuft, sich kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt und echten Mehrwert für unser Unternehmen schafft.

 * Konzeption, Entwicklung, Optimierung und Betrieb von MES-Anwendungen im produktionsnahen Umfeld (Shopfloor IT, Frontend & Backend)

 * Integration von Maschinen und Anlagen (z. B. SPS, OPC UA, PLS) in die MES- und SAP-Systemlandschaft

 * Erstellung, Optimierung und Analyse von SQL-Abfragen sowie datenbankbasierten Auswertungen (MS SQL Server)

 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Technik und IT, um technische Anforderungen von Standardlösungen bis hin zu individuellen Einzellösungen umzusetzen

 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im produktionsnahen IT-/OT-Umfeld (2nd & 3rd Level Support)

 * Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von MES- und IT-Systemen sowie Datenbanken (z. B. SAP Digital Manufacturing)

 * Sicherstellung einer stabilen, performanten Integration zwischen Shopfloor und Business IT

 * Dokumentation von Lösungen sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der bestehenden Systemlandschaft
