 * Lead and develop a team of 3 to 5 developers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
 * Provide technical guidance to ensure production of scalable, resilient software solutions.
 * Partner with cross-functional Agile teams to align architecture and design decisions with business goals and product strategy.
 * Support team members in designing and developing complex applications based on business requirements.
