* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeiter
 * Teamentwicklung und -förderung
 * Termingerechte, effiziente Abwicklung der Aufträge
 * Prüfstandplanung und Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen Durchführung von Kundenabnahmen
 * Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit bei Groß- und Sonderprojekten
 * Planung der technischen Ausstattung an allen Prüfständen sowie Optimierung / Digitalisierung der Prüfstände im Rahmen der jährlichen Budgetvorgaben
 * Kontinuierliche Prozess- und Schnittstellenoptimierung, Unterstützung bei der Strategieumsetzung
 * Beurteilung von Versuchsergebnissen zusammen mit Konstruktion, Vertrieb und Entwicklung
