## Description

We are seeking an experienced Power BI / Data Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level data solutions and business intelligence dashboards. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, data modeling, ETL, and data visualization, along with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities

 * Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
 * Build scalable data models using Power BI and SQL.
 * Develop complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs.
 * Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations.
 * Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data integration and reporting.
 * Perform data analysis, cleansing, validation, and quality checks.
 * Integrate data from multiple sources into enterprise reporting solutions.
 * Optimize Power BI reports, datasets, and queries for performance.
 * Implement appropriate security, including Row-Level Security (RLS).
 * Collaborate with business users, data engineers, analysts, and technical teams to understand reporting requirements.
 * Participate in troubleshooting, production support, and performance tuning.
 * Follow data governance, development standards, and best practices.
