## Description

* IT-Ansprechpartner für den Fachbereich Human Resources mit Schwerpunkt SAP Payroll (HCM PA und PY)
 * Technische Überwachung und Verwaltung der Gehaltsabrechnungsprozesse in SAP HCM und angebundenen Systemen (BAV, SV, etc.)
 * Technische Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der deutschen, IG Metall tarifrechtlichen und betriebsvereinbarungsbasierten Gehaltsabrechnungsvorschriften
 * Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Fachbereichsanforderungen
 * Implementierung neuer Interfaces und Weiterentwicklung basierend auf Trends und Best Practices
 * Mitarbeit bei der Projektierung der technologischen SAP Transformation zu H4S4 und SuccessFactors im SAP HCM Umfeld im Rahmen der fachlichen Schwerpunkte
