Fundiertes Verständnis von ERP-Geschäftsprozessen (Logistik, Einkauf, Produktion, Projektgeschäft) und idealerweise Erfahrung in ERP-Migrationsprojekten
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Freude an Kundenkommunikation und Wissensweitergabe im Team
Reisebereitschaft sowie Führerschein Klasse B
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Software-Architekturen, Entwicklungsstandards und Best Practices
Konzeption sowie (Weiter-)Entwicklung individueller Business Central Kundenlösungen
Aufnahme, Analyse und technische Umsetzung komplexer Kundenanforderungen
Regelmäßige Durchführung von Code-Reviews zur Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards
Coaching, Mentoring und gezielte Weiterentwicklung von Junior-Entwicklern
Aktive Mitgestaltung unserer technologischen Roadmap im Bereich Business Central / Navision
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung und Kunden - auch in anspruchsvollen ERP-Migrationsprojekten
