## About the Role

Do you have experience in macOS?, * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

 * Hands-on experience providing 1st & 2nd line IT support
 * Good understanding of Windows environments and basic macOS support
 * Ability to work independently in an on-site environment, * Valid work permit for Germany (mandatory)
 * Several years of experience in a similar IT Support role
 * Strong communication and documentation skills
 * German & English B2 level needed

## Description

The ideal candidate will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support and ensure smooth IT operations for end users., * Provide first- and second-level support for end-user technical issues

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems
 * Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV and IT issues when required
 * Ensure timely communication regarding issue status and resolution
 * Maintain accurate and up-to-date ticket documentation for all incidents
 * Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Cisco Jabber
 * Provide basic macOS support for Apple users
 * Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware
 * Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and authorized peripheral devices
 * Use diagnostic tools to resolve network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues
