 * Technischer Support für Microsoft 365, Windows, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, VPN, Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung sowie Remote-Arbeitsplätze
 * Koordination komplexer IT-Störungen und Serviceanfragen mit internen Fachbereichen sowie 3rd-Level-Support-Teams
 * Sicherstellung von SLA-konformer Ticketbearbeitung, IT-Dokumentation, Wissensmanagement und kontinuierlicher Servicequalität
 * Mitarbeit im Bereich Managed Workplace & Endpoint Management sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen in IT-Serviceprozessen
