* Annahme und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen für unsere Soft- und Hardwarelösungen
 * Einrichten unserer Kassensysteme und Zeiterfassungsterminals
 * Erstellung von Anleitungen, technischen Dokumentationen und FAQs
 * Beratung und Unterstützung der Kunden in Anwenderfragen
 * Installation und Kundenschulung vor Ort oder über Fernwartung
 * Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams, um komplexe technische Probleme zu lösen
 * Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Weitergabe von Kundenfeedback an das Entwicklungsteam
