## About the Role

* 5+ years of software engineering experience, including demonstrable and recent use of AI-native development tools as a core part of your daily workflow rather than an occasional one.
 * Daily working proficiency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Windsurf, Cursor or GitHub Copilot. This is a baseline expectation for the role rather than a differentiator.
 * Strong hands-on development experience in Python and/or Java for backend service development.
 * Hands-on LLM integration experience using OpenAI, Anthropic or equivalent APIs.
 * Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), REST APIs and microservices architecture.
 * Experience designing and delivering solutions on a major cloud platform - AWS, Azure or GCP.
 * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field.
 * Preferred: experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen or similar.
 * Preferred: RAG pipeline design and vector database experience (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector).
 * Preferred: solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC tooling, including Jira, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
