We have a great IT Support Specialist opportunity with an established agriculture company in Shafter, CA., * Provide day-to-day technical support for employees, systems, hardware, and applications

 * Support and maintain Windows and Microsoft environments
 * Assist with network, systems, telecommunications, and application-related issues
 * Help support technology across offices and operational locations
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user access issues
 * Assist with IT projects, upgrades, deployments, and new technology initiatives
 * Monitor systems to help ensure availability, reliability, security, and overall performance
 * Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, workflows, and user experience
 * Work closely with IT leadership and internal teams to resolve technical issues
