## About the Role

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute)

 - 12 years of experience in Software Engineering
 - Experience with Kubernetes and Rancher at an architectural and organizational level
 - Knowledge of advanced Python development for application and systems engineering
 - Experience with Linux development and advanced troubleshooting in Linux environments
 - Knowledge of advanced Git workflows and enterprise-scale CI/CD architecture
 - Experience with system design and leading technical initiatives with a high degree of autonomy
 - Experience using AI to design, develop, and implement complex software and system architectures

## Description

Design complex systems and implement architectural improvements to support mission goals and optimize infrastructure components

 - Lead the development of agentic AI workflows, including management of the internal marketplace and plugin ecosystem
 - Utilize Terraform to architect and deploy large-scale, government-aligned AWS infrastructure
 - Create automated triage systems spanning the full lifecycle, from metric discovery to automated code analysis
 - Collaborate with external teams to understand complex requirements, deliver solutions, and maintain strong professional relationships
 - Develop high-performance Python applications to support agentic data processing and advanced AI integration
