 * Risk Management
 * Audit Management
 * Authority Documents and Control Frameworks
 * Configure risk assessment questionnaires, risk scoring models, control objectives, and compliance frameworks.
 * Build and maintain authority documents, controls, indicators, and issue management processes.
 * Configure risk assessments, control testing, and compliance monitoring activities.
 * Design and implement integrations with Archer and other needed tools.
 * Develop REST/SOAP integrations where IH spoke is not available
 * Design API-led integrations, MID server architecture, and data synchronization patterns.
 * Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, CSDM principles, and platform governance standards.
 * Create custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators for vulnerability KPIs and trends.
 * Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations.
 * ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC)
 * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
