## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Configurator with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Security and Payroll configuration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable Workday configurations, managing security and payroll functionality, supporting business processes, and ensuring successful testing and implementation of Workday enhancements and releases.
Workday Certification is mandatory. Certified candidates with relevant hands-on Workday configuration experience are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Workday Security and Payroll modules.
Design, configure, and manage role-based security groups and domain security policies.
Configure and maintain business processes, approvals, condition rules, and workflow rules.
Support Workday Payroll configuration, including:
Earnings
Deductions
Taxes
Payroll processing
Compliance requirements
Conduct security audits, access reviews, and security assessments.
Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and maintainable Workday configurations.
Support Workday releases, enhancements, updates, and patch implementations.
Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and UAT support.
Troubleshoot configuration issues and support defect identification and resolution.
Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, Compliance, IT, and other business stakeholders.
Develop and maintain configuration documentation, process guides, technical documentation, and knowledge artifacts.
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Ensure Workday configurations align with organizational security, compliance, and governance standards. Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience as a Workday Configurator / Workday Configuration Consultant.
