 * Diagnose und Behebung von Hardware- und Softwareproblemen
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Arbeitsplatzcomputern, Software und Peripheriegeräten
 * Dokumentation von Support-Anfragen, Lösungen und Systemänderungen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT-Teams, um komplexe Probleme zu lösen und Verbesserungsvorschläge einzubringen
