## About the Role

* Education: A bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of related experience or a master's degree with 3 years of related experience.
 * Programming: Strong skills in Java, Python or other mainstream programming languages, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and framework for building scalable and Distributed systems.
 * Architecture: Microservices, RESTful services, API management, Apache Kafka.
 * Databases: Demonstrated experience in relational, in-memory and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB, Snowflake)
 * AI/ML: Agentic AI, RAG, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, LLM integration, IDE (Copilot, Cursor etc.)
 * Good understanding of Agile and DevOps practices and toolsets
 * A demonstrated ability to drive customer engagement and foster a collaborative environment
 * Ability to manage ambiguity, coupled with strong analytical thinking and an innovative approach

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Familiarity with cloud services such as Oracle Cloud, GCP, AWS or Azure.
 * Experience in Test Automation using tools like PlayWright, Selenium, Cypress or UiPath.
 * Certifications in Java, DB, Cloud, AWS and AI/ML
 * Supply Chain domain experience is a plus.

What You'll Do

 * Drive enablement of MCP Tools and AI Agents, focusing on the development and management of applications using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
 * Develop advanced AI Agents with comprehensive security and semantic protocols.
 * Deliver secure, scalable, high performing, AI Native solutions across complex enterprise ecosystems
 * Implement sophisticated agentic frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain) to enable robust business capabilities
 * Develop scalable, AI driven Test Automation frameworks using tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or UiPath
 * Solve complex production issues for root cause analysis and implement fixes
 * Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
