## About the Role

* Must have a Top-Secret clearance with SCI and ability to pass a Counterintelligence polygraph
 * 10 years or more of professional experience as a systems engineer for Navy software systems
 * Master's degree, or an authorized substitution for a bachelor's degree plus four additional years of relevant experience.
 * Experience with system-of-systems engineering
 * Experience with requirements traceability
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative/distributed team environment
 * Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
 * Demonstrated experience with system architecture and technical design
 * Experience with integration of complex Navy or DoW software systems
 * Experience with systems deployed at the tactical edge

Desired Qualifications:

 * An active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly is preferred
 * Experience with Model-Base-Systems Engineering
 * Experience supporting Navy programs, NAVWAR, NIWC Pacific, NIWC Atlantic

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.

 * Assessing system performance and implementing improvements for efficiency
 * Working with project leads, developers, cybersecurity, and government stakeholders to ensure successful system delivery
