## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
 * 10+ years of software development experience building enterprise-scale applications and platforms.
 * Strong experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
 * Proficiency in Python and experience with Java, TypeScript, or other modern programming languages.
 * Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures and distributed systems.
 * Strong understanding of API development, system integrations, and microservices architectures.
 * Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform.
 * Knowledge of software security, data privacy, and compliance best practices.
 * Experience working with large, complex datasets and highly regulated environments preferred.
 * AWS Solutions Architect certification or similar cloud certification preferred.
 * Experience within healthcare, life sciences, medical technology, or other regulated industries preferred.
 * Excellent communication, technical leadership, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities.

Location;

 * Remote within the United States.
 * Must be available to collaborate with teams across multiple U.S. time zones.

## Description

As a Full Stack Developer you will be responsible for;

 * Leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable cloud-based software platforms supporting data-intensive and AI-enabled applications.
 * Driving architecture decisions, technical strategy, and software engineering best practices across complex enterprise systems.
 * Building and optimizing secure, reliable, and high-performance backend services, APIs, and distributed applications.
 * Collaborating closely with product managers, software engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
 * Leading code reviews, establishing development standards, and promoting software quality, maintainability, and scalability.
 * Developing cloud-native solutions utilizing modern infrastructure, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code technologies.
 * Designing and implementing integrations with external systems, platforms, and data sources.
 * Ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements when handling sensitive data.
 * Mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership across multiple projects and teams.
 * Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on system reliability, operational excellence, and engineering efficiency.
