* Analyse und Behebung von Hardware- und Softwarefehlern vor Ort
 * Zuständig für die Installation und den Abbau von Arbeitsplätzen inklusive verschiedener Client-Workstations
 * Installation und Betreuung von Peripheriegeräten sowie IT-Hardware
 * Diagnose und Behebung von Störungen in Microsoft Windows-Umgebungen sowie bei Desktop-PCs, Druckern und Netzwerkinfrastrukturen
 * Bearbeitung und Dokumentation eingehender Tickets im Ticketsystem
