Do you have experience in Sales transaction processing?, * Proven experience in front desk management or customer service roles is highly preferred

 * Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude and excellent communication abilities are mandatory.
 * Familiarity with modern computer systems, POS systems and multi-line phone systems is mandatory
 * Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

 * Cashiering experience is a must
 * Reliable attendance and reliable transportation are mandatory
 * Works well in a friendly team environment

 * Manage guest check-in, check-out and cashiering duties efficiently using multi-line phone systems, POS and shop management software
 * Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction
 * Coordinate bookings, intake, workflow and work modifications while maintaining accurate records of all transactions
 * Reconcile parts invoices
 * Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
 * Adhering to phone etiquette standards and hospitality protocols
