## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
 * 7 years of prior relevant experience
 * Experience with enterprise architecture concepts and integration patterns.
 * Experience with relational databases, creating reports, data mining, participating in projects, testing, etc.
 * Strong governance and quality discipline (traceability, controls, documentation) and ability to manage risks/issues to closure.
 * Proven ability to drive alignment on scope, priorities, dependencies, and measurable outcomes with senior stakeholders

## Description

The Provider Operations team is responsible for the maintenance, integration, and governance of provider data. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Operations, the Systems Analysis, Consultant serves as a strategic partner in delivering provider data integration solutions that support business and operational objectives.

This role leads systems analysis efforts, translating business strategies into standards, requirements, and solution designs that balance value, risk, cost, compliance, and operational needs. The consultant works closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful delivery across the solution lifecycle, from discovery and design through testing, implementation, and continuous improvement. Through strong analytical, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, this position helps drive high-quality outcomes and operational excellence.
