## About the Role

* Active Secret Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship required.
 * Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or a related technical discipline.
 * 3+ years of systems engineering experience supporting radar, sensor, aerospace, defense, or other complex highly technical systems.
 * Experience developing and maintaining system requirements, architectures, and traceability.
 * Experience with MBSE, SysML, and/or CAMEO.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex technical and test data.
 * Experience collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary engineering organizations.
 * Experience integrating hardware, firmware, and software systems.

Desired Skills:

 * Experience with radar systems including phased-array, detection, discrimination, tracking, surveillance, or signal processing.
 * Experience with MATLAB and/or object-oriented programming.
 * Experience with MOSA and/or requirements management tools such as DOORS.
 * Familiarity with system-level software architecture.

## Description

* Support radar systems engineering activities from requirements and architecture through integration, verification, validation, and deployment.
 * Develop and maintain system and subsystem level requirements, architectures, and traceability.
 * Build and maintain MBSE models using SysML and tools such as CAMEO, including support for MOSA architectures.
 * Analyze test data to evaluate performance, identify issues, and support system improvements.
 * Develop technical documentation, briefings, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
