## About the Role

 * Expertise with front-end frameworks and web technologies such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, web components, Angular, and Node.js.
 * Strong background with Java, Spring/Spring Boot, MVC, micro front-end strategy, and microservices.
 * Proven experience building secure, scalable RESTful APIs and applying webapp/API security.
 * Hands-on Git experience using varied workflows and strong understanding of CI/CD with Jenkins and GitHub.
 * Experience with cloud and container technologies including AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes, plus serverless patterns.
 * Quality-first mindset with TDD and automation, and in-depth knowledge of secure coding standards.
 * Ability to lead and collaborate in a team-based environment with strong communication skills.

Education Requirements:

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

The role emphasizes modern front-end and middle-tier development, collaboration within Agile teams, and adherence to secure coding and DevOps best practices., * Build rich, performant, and resilient web applications that serve healthcare benefits and management users.

 * Collaborate with architecture, security, and UX to ensure architectural compliance and excellent user experience.
 * Partner with platform squads to define engineering standards, practices, and tooling.
 * Provide engineering thought leadership supporting a cloud-first approach and outcomes for health care solutions.
 * Design and build digital RESTful APIs with secure development practices.
 * Contribute in Agile and Scrum ceremonies while mentoring and encouraging team members.
 * Align solutions with modern development principles including trunk-based development, feature toggles, and branch by abstraction.
 * Advance reliability through TDD, automation, and adherence to the Test Pyramid.
