## Description

* Unterstützung bei IT Projekten, insbesondere Rollouts im Hardwarebereich
 * Störungsbeseitigung im First / Second Level Support (remote und vor Ort)
 * Annahme, Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail oder Service-Desk
 * Aufbau, Umbau und Abbau von Hardware-Komponenten
 * Durchführung von IT Umzügen sowie Weiterleitung komplexer Störungen an nachgelagerte Einheiten
