## About the Role

* High school diploma and 5+ years of related experience, or Associate degree in a related field
 * 5+ years of printed circuit board assembly experience (preferred)
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain strong attention to detail
 * Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
 * Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and build effective working relationships
 * Selfmotivated team contributor
 * General computer proficiency (Word and Excel)
 * Skilled in using hand tools and capable of lifting 40 pounds
 * Experience with IPC Class 2 & 3 soldering required
 * JSTD001 certification preferred

Ways to Stand Out

 * Experience with SMT rework, SMT board heaters, and PCB rework equipment preferred
 * Handson experience with SMT processes, PCB assembly techniques, and precision soldering in a manufacturing environment
