## Description

* Conducting discovery meetings to capture and identify the client's complex business requirements and operational goals, with recommendations for automation
 * Identifying areas for improvement in business processes and finding potential IT solutions that align with the IT strategy
 * Support the IT Product Manager in product / service planning based on customer requirements
 * Developing customer-focused documentation outlining current challenges, future requirements, and benefits
 * Defining and developing necessary specification documents, being reviewed with stakeholders and members of the product team
 * Monitoring external business trends to better meet business needs
 * Serve as a connector between product management teams and technical resources during product development and implementation
 * Ensure the integrity of the delivered solution
