## Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join the Provider Network Management team and serve as the organization's internal expert for Salesforce Health Cloud solutions. This role will replace an external consulting resource and bring critical Salesforce architecture and configuration expertise in-house to support long-term business objectives.

 * The following states are currently paused for sourcing new candidates or for new relocation requests for current caregivers :California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Washington., The strongest candidate will be a Salesforce architect with Health Cloud expertise who has worked in a healthcare payer environment, possesses OmniStudio/Vlocity experience, and can serve as a strategic partner to the Provider Network Management team while driving the organization's Salesforce roadmap and reducing reliance on external consulting services., * Required Salesforce certifications as outlined in the approved job description.
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and business teams
 * Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
 * Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
 * Ensure solutions are aligned with Salesforce best practices and standards.
 * Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.
