## Description

An enterprise software provider is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build, automate, and maintain the infrastructure supporting its applications and engineering teams.

This is a hands-on software engineering role focused on infrastructure reliability, scalability, automation, and developer productivity. You'll work across AWS and Linux-based environments, taking ownership of critical infrastructure services while developing tools and systems that improve how software is built, deployed, and operated.

The position combines software development with infrastructure engineering, with opportunities to contribute across cloud platforms, compute, observability, security, and developer tooling.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Design, develop, and operate reliable infrastructure services supporting production applications and internal engineering teams.
 * Build and improve cloud infrastructure and compute platforms using AWS and Kubernetes.
 * Develop software, automation, and internal tooling to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
 * Own critical infrastructure systems and services, including their reliability, performance, and ongoing improvement.
 * Improve developer workflows, CI/CD processes, observability, and infrastructure automation.
 * Evaluate and apply modern technologies, including generative AI where appropriate, to improve engineering productivity.
 * Collaborate with engineering teams to identify infrastructure challenges, develop solutions, and establish effective engineering practices.
