## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead Software Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Node.js, Python, AWS, API security, PostgreSQL, and CI/CD. The ideal candidate will lead software development initiatives, design scalable and secure applications, mentor engineering teams, and drive best practices across the software development lifecycle., * Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance software applications.

 * Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java, Node.js, and Python.
 * Design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services.
 * Ensure API security through authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding practices.
 * Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases, including complex SQL queries, indexing, and performance tuning.
 * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software builds, testing, and deployments.
 * Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
 * Collaborate with architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
 * Troubleshoot production issues, improve application performance, and ensure system reliability.
 * Establish and enforce engineering standards, coding best practices, and secure development processes.
