## About the Role

* Skilled in designing and supporting Jenkins pipelines, managing source code through Git and Bitbucket, and working with DevOps tools including Kiali, Kibana/Elastic Stack, Rancher, and Sourcetree.
 * Experienced in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, application monitoring, and root-cause analysis using Splunk, Dynatrace, and Grafana.
 * Proficient in Kibana/Elastic Stack alert and rule configuration, HashiCorp Vault, Postman, pg Admin, Rapid SQL, ServiceNow, and Jira. Strong experience supporting Java applications, performing functional and integration testing using Cucumber, and collaborating with development, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams. Knowledgeable in AI tools to improve troubleshooting, automation, testing, and engineering productivity.

 * Strong Knowledge in Jenkins pipeline creation using scripts
 * Strong knowledge in DEVOPS tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, Jira, JFROG, ServiceNow installation, migrations, upgradations
 * Strong knowledge in Bitbucket operations
 * Strong knowledge in adapting new features like Bluegreen deployment, integrating Jenkins pipeline with other devops tools for scheduling deployments and other utility features like creating DB, and other infra using utility pipeline.
 * Good knowledge in all ticketing tools like, Jira, Servicenow
 * Good knowledge in ITIL foundations like incident, change, problems, capacity and configuration
 * Strong knowledge in Kibana/ESS
 * Strong knowledge in troubleshooting skills
 * Strong knowledge in Kubernetes with EKS cluster, pods, containers, dockers, istio service mesh
 * Good knowledge in vaulting Hashicorp, Mcvault
 * Good knowledge in postman, kiali/ocp/rancher, pgadmin/rapidsql, git and database basic knowledge
 * Good knowledge in control/autosys jobs configure and integrate with pipelines, * Good knowledge in CI/CD Jenkins pipeline
 * Good hands on experience in version control tool (bitbucket, Git)
 * Experience in devops tools like git, sourcetree, kiali, kibana, Kubernetes, ESS, Rancher
 * Good experience in AWS EKS cluster, pods, dockers
 * Good experience in Unix operating system
 * Experience in Hashicorp/McVault
 * Experience in using postman, pgadmin, rapid sql tools
 * Good experience in ServiceNow, Jira tools
 * Good Experience in setting up Kibana/ESS alters and rules
