## About the Role

* Strong experience as an AWS Architect, Cloud Architect, Technical Architect, or similar
 * Deep understanding of AWS services and cloud-native architecture patterns
 * Strong software engineering background, ideally including Python, JavaScript and SQL/PostgreSQL
 * Experience designing APIs, integrations and distributed cloud solutions
 * Knowledge of GitHub, Docker and CI/CD pipelines
 * Strong understanding of cloud security, scalability, resilience and operational best practice
 * Experience leading technical teams and influencing architecture decisions

Highly Desirable:

 * Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation or similar)
 * Serverless, event-driven and microservices architectures
 * Automated testing and quality engineering practices
 * Exposure to AI-powered products, services or integrations

## Description

* Leading cloud and solution architecture across multiple delivery workstreams
 * Designing scalable, secure, resilient solutions using AWS services and cloud-native principles
 * Working closely with engineering teams to provide technical leadership and architectural direction
 * Making key technical decisions and communicating architectural trade-offs to stakeholders
 * Designing solutions across applications, APIs, integrations, infrastructure and data platforms
 * Supporting modern engineering practices including CI/CD, containerisation and DevOps
 * Collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout project delivery
