## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or a similar role.
 * Strong hands-on AWS experience in production environments.
 * Solid experience with Terraform, GitLab CI, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
 * Good scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar.
 * Experience operating production systems and troubleshooting complex issues.
 * Security-minded approach to cloud infrastructure and access management.
 * Strong communication skills in a remote-first, async environment.
 * Proactive use of AI tools to improve engineering productivity, automation, documentation, troubleshooting, and decision-making.
 * Experience working in multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments is a plus, especially with GCP, Alibaba Cloud, or STACKIT.

## Description

You will work on AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, security, and developer experience across multiple services and environments. This is a hands-on role with strong ownership, close collaboration with product engineering teams, and direct impact on how we scale our platform., * Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform and AWS CDK.

 * Improve GitLab CI/CD pipelines across services and environments.
 * Support serverless and cloud-native workloads, including Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, and EventBridge.
 * Improve monitoring, alerting, logging, and distributed tracing with CloudWatch and OpenTelemetry.
 * Strengthen infrastructure security, including IAM, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and production access.
 * Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment workflows and developer experience.
 * Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
