* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann, Industriekaufmann, Speditionskaufmann, zur Logistikfachkraft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Disposition / Materialbeschaffung, Lagerlogistik, Prozessverbesserung und Supply Chain / Logistics
 * Berufserfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrt
 * Gute Kenntnisse in SAP
 * Kenntnisse in Google Workspace
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil

## Description

* Fehlteil- und Eskalationsmanagement sowie Abarbeitung von unerledigten Arbeiten bei der Übergabe vom Werk an die FAL in den Flugzeugsektionen
 * Bearbeitung der Fertigungsaufträge und Anpassung von Bedarfsmengen und Artikelbestellungen in SAP (Work Orders)
 * Koordinierung der Versandtätigkeiten, Umlagerungen und Verschrottungen sowie Organisation eventueller Sondertransporte
 * Prüfung der Verfügbarkeit von Bauteilen im SAP-System
 * Zusammenarbeit mit dem nationalen und internationalen Supply-Officer-Team
 * Lagermanagement (u.a. Warenannahme, Wareneinlagerung und Warenausgabe) sowie Identifizierung und Umsetzung potenzieller Verbesserungen
 * Dokumentation und Steuerung von Qualitätsmeldungen (Non-Conformities) im SAP-System
