## About the Role

* Associate's Degree Required.
 * Data entry experience required.
 * 3-5 years higher education or related experience preferred.
 * Experience with Ellucian Banner system a plus.
 * Must be proficient in use of a computer.
 * Ability to work with large amounts of data with speed and accuracy.
 * Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills.
 * Must be detail-oriented; self-motivated, show initiative and be able to work independently.
 * Must provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and the entire University family and other community constituents.

## Description

* Key documents as required: high school and college transcripts, test scores, etc.
 * Liaison to support all functions Relief for front desk personnel.
 * Provide customer service support as it relates to the student admission process.
 * Assist with maintaining the electronic portals for transcripts (E-Scripts, Parchment, etc.).
 * Responsible for the storage and retrieval of received transcripts and other documents.
 * Enter data in Banner as needed: High school information, test score information.
 * Responsible for pushing new apps.
 * Responsible for indexing and linking documents (scanning and attaching to Banner record).
 * Download documents from admissions mailboxes: faxes, transcripts and future tigers, etc.
 * Assist with events as needed.
 * Work extended hours as needed.
 * Perform other duties as assigned.
