This position combines people leadership, technical oversight, and operational execution in a dynamic product development environment. **What You Will Do** + Lead software test and verification activities across a product portfolio, establishing priorities, execution plans, and quality objectives. + Build, develop, and grow a high-performing software test organization through hiring, coaching, mentoring, and talent development. + Define and implement software test strategies, automation approaches, test infrastructure improvements, and quality metrics. + Provide technical leadership for software testing, verification, validation, automation, and release-readiness activities. + Guide teams in developing risk-based test strategies, test coverage approaches, and quality objectives aligned with product requirements. + Oversee defect management, root-cause analysis, and quality-driven decision making to support product quality and compliance. + Partner with Software Engineering
