This position is responsible for developing and maintaining RPG programs, troubleshooting software defects, and collaborating with internal teams to improve software processes and functionality., * Develop, maintain, and enhance RPG programs

 * Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and system issues
 * Collaborate with IT team members on internal software development projects
 * Identify and implement software development best practices
 * Analyze technical problems and create effective solutions
