## About the Role

* 6+ years of Workday integration development experience.
 * Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
 * Strong XSLT skills and experience with Workday Studio orchestrations.
 * Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs.
 * Strong understanding of the Workday data model and tenant configuration.
 * Experience with Workday security model including ISU/ISSG patterns.
 * Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Workday Pro Integrations certification.
 * Experience with PICOF, PECI, or Cloud Connect for Payroll.
 * Familiarity with Workday Extend.
 * Exposure to multi-tenant or multi-region Workday deployments.
 * Experience integrating Workday with major SaaS platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce).
