## About the Role

As a Senior Software Developer, you will be part of the Software Engineering Department supporting backend development and AI integration initiatives.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and excellent collaboration abilities, which will align successfully within the organization. **Job Title:** Senior Software Developer **Location:** South Denver, CO (Onsite to ramp-up, then 2 days/week onsite) **Pay Range:** $70-75/hour, based on experience **What's the Job?** + Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Python and Node.js within a microservices architecture. + Collaborate with front-end teams to integrate server-side logic with user-facing applications. + Develop and optimize non-relational databases such as Postgres, Postgres Vector DB, Cassandra, or MongoDB. + Leverage AWS services and Kubernetes to deploy, manage, and scale applications efficiently. + Work on AI agent projects, including building chatbots and integrating foundational models via OpenAI API. **What's Needed?** + Extensive experience in backend development with Python and Node.js, including their
