 * 10+ years of software engineering experience, including substantial hands-on development of enterprise Java applications.
 * 5+ years of experience designing and delivering Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs in production environments.
 * Strong proficiency in Core Java, Java 8-21, object-oriented design, collections, exception handling, multithreading, concurrency, JVM behavior, and performance Eligible to workimization.
 * Advanced experience with Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, JDBC, and dependency injection.
 * Strong understanding of microservices architecture, domain-driven decomposition, distributed-system patterns, API gateways, resilience, idempotency, caching, retries, and fault tolerance.
