## About the Role

*5-7+ years of experience developing AI, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics solutions in enterprise environments. *Strong experience with Generative AI technologies including: Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Embeddings, Vector Search *Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Cloud Platform. *Strong programming expertise in Python and C Sharp. *Experience with Microsoft AI Foundry (formerly Azure AI Foundry). *Experience training, fine-tuning, and deploying machine learning models. *Experience working with structured and unstructured data. *Strong understanding of model evaluation, optimization, and performance measurement. *Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work directly with business leaders. *Strong problem-solving skills and business-minded approach to AI adoption. *Hands-on experience with Databricks and large-scale data processing. *Familiarity with MLOps *Experience
with Agile or Scrum environments *Microsoft Azure or AI certifications.

## Description

Insight Global is seeking business-focused AI Engineer to join an Investment Banking client in NYC. The individual will support multiple corporate functions including Real Estate & Store Operations, Human Capital Group, Compliance, Facilities, and Finance. This individual will partner directly with business stakeholders to design, build, and deploy AI solutions that improve decision-making, automate workflows, and increase productivity across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on AI/ML expertise with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business problems into practical AI-driven solutions. This person will regularly interact with business leaders and serve as the technical AI expert in the room. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite in NYC.
